Alarm management with the evidence attached.
A rationalization workshop gives you opinions and a report. FoxALM reads three to twelve months of your alarm history and gives you changes your engineers can implement, each one backed by the analysis that justifies it and verified after it goes in.

How an engagement works
- You export your alarm history. Three to twelve months of alarm and event data as a standard export from PI, DeltaV, Experion or equivalent, sent through our client files area. We never connect to your systems.
- We analyse every alarm. Floods traced to their first alarm, chattering separated by cause, every ISA-18.2 KPI measured.
- You receive a change package, within five business days. Suppression rules in your DCS import format, PID parameters and the KPI audit, each with its evidence.
What you get back
- Three reports, three audiences: a board summary with an ISA-18.2 grade from A to D, a shift manager brief and the full technical report.
- ISA-18.2 KPI audit: each metric against the standard’s target.
- Cascade map: your worst floods traced to their initiating alarm.
- Suppression rules in Honeywell Experion or Emerson DeltaV native import format, each with its safety basis stated.
- PID retuning parameters for the loops driving chattering alarms, with gain and phase margins confirming stability.
- Rationalization worksheets, MOC records and an audit trail.
- Verified improvement: a before and after comparison with statistical testing.
Three ways to engage
- Tier 1, baseline assessment. The full change package from one historian export, delivered in five business days.
- Tier 2, continuous improvement. Everything in Tier 1, re-run monthly against your live historian, with improvement verified run to run and MOC tracking.
- Tier 3, enterprise program. Multiple units, cross-unit benchmarking, HAZOP safeguard validation and a dedicated analyst.
- 42 / 42checks passed on real offshore well data
- 10well event classes
- 30end-to-end runs
