Precision is the product.

Everything FoxIQ delivers rests on mathematics your engineers can check: written specifications, published benchmarks, reproducible runs. An opinion can’t be audited. A calculation can.

FoxALM

Three to twelve months of alarm data in. A change package back in five business days: DCS-ready suppression rules, PID retuning parameters and an ISA-18.2 KPI audit, each with the evidence behind it. No network access to your systems. No site visit for the baseline assessment.

PLC code review

Code, narratives, cause-and-effect matrix and as-configured controller, checked against each other. Every mismatch shown, interlocks verified, logic proven efficient and correct scan by scan.

L5 Studio

Our own development environment for Rockwell Logix projects. We use it on every code review and standardization job: whole projects read and written losslessly, ladder and Structured Text in full.

The rules we hold ourselves to

  • Specify before we build. Every analytical method is written down as a formula-level specification before it is implemented.
  • Validate on data we didn’t choose. Published, expert-labelled benchmarks, with every check written from the labels before the first run.
  • Make every run reproducible. Each run records fingerprints of its inputs, the exact pipeline version and every file it produced.
  • Publish our own defects. When real data exposes a flaw, we record it, fix it and re-verify before the result goes out.

Built for high-consequence operations
